Open the Lab 3 Datafile…
  1. Run an independent-samples t-test assessing differences in average depression scores (variable = Depression) between the math-skills and stress-management training groups (variable = TrainingGroups).
  2. Create a bar graph depicting the differences in average depression scores between the two training groups.  Make sure to include error bars.
  3. Run an independent-samples t-test assessing differences in average statistics exam scores (variable = StatsExam) between the two training groups (variable = TrainingGroups).
  4. Create a bar graph depicting the differences in average statistics exam scores between the two training groups.  Make sure to include error bars.
 
In a Microsoft Word document, write the following…
  1. Write a results statement about the differences in average depression scores between the two training groups.  Make sure to make a reference to the graph for this result within this statement (i.e., Figure 1).
